This purchase allows you to attend our advanced classes, there are two ticket types available:
Semester 1 classes run from 18:30 to 19:45 every Wednesday, starting on Wednesday 30th September.
Classes are held in the Graham Hills Building, GH902. Directions available on @strathclydepolefitness, "How to find us" highlights.
Upper Intermediate / Advanced
Suitable for experienced polers who are confident with aerial skills and more complex combinations. You should be comfortable climbing, inverting and performing leg hangs, and should either already have or be actively working towards skills such as shoulder mounts, split-grip poses and more advanced strength-based holds.
Classes will focus on more technical poses and transitions, advanced combinations, different entries and exits, spin pole, and developing greater strength, control and flow. Progressions and alternatives will be provided where appropriate, you do not need to have every advanced skill already!

Fees, Refunds and Transfers
As this price helps us cover equipment costs and instructor fees, we cannot offer refunds for a Semester Ticket, nor can we reduce the ticket price if you start class later or miss classes.
For a Year Ticket, in Semester 2, we can partially refund £40, if you inform us before classes continue/start again that you cannot attend Semester 2 classes.
Ticket Transfers are possible, you would have to organise fee transfer/selling aspect yourself. but we would help facilitate the transfer and advertise if needed.
Please wear clothing that allows your skin to contact the pole, such as shorts with a vest, T-shirt or sports bra, or "sticky" pole clothes
Please arrive around 10 minutes early to give yourself time to change and get ready. For safety, participants cannot join the class after the warm-up has begun.
