Many leading employers use Insights Discovery to develop their teams. Get ahead by learning the tool now: understand your strengths, communicate with confidence, and walk into your future workplace already knowing how you work best.
Ever had a group project where nobody was on the same page? Ever frozen when an interviewer asked about your strengths? This is the workshop for you.
Join Strathclyde Inspire for an interactive session using Insights Discovery, the personality tool used by major employers around the world. You’ll find out which of the four colour energies (Red, Yellow, Green or Blue) drives how you think, work and communicate and how to work better with everyone else’s.
You’ll leave with:
- A clearer picture of your strengths and blind spots
- Practical ways to handle group work and team clashes
- Confident answers for interview and assessment centres
- New connection with students from across the university
No experience or business idea needed. Just bring yourself, and maybe a friend to compare colours with!
